It seemed like a fairytale: in the deepest Aveyron lay a ruined building, waiting to be reawakened….

This building has great potential, with wonderful volumes of large barn and a farmhouse on three levels. The project is in its early stages, the aim being to transform the buildings into a family house with a sophisticated ‘user-smart’ environment on the inside. It will include heating zones that change with the season and user requirements, music and security zones and a sustainable heating system to fit into the regional climatic parameters.
